A Written Exhibit by the Class of 2020
Ode to JCU is a collaborative project which gives John Carroll University's senior class a platform to celebrate the most transformative moments throughout their college experience. The project was established by alum Katie O'Connell in 2019 as an opportunity for JCU's graduating class to inspire underclassmen, thank faculty and staff, and exhibit the little things which make JCU so special.
What is an "Ode"?
Ode: a lyric poem in the form of an address to a particular subject, often elevated in style or manner and written in varied or irregular meter.
Ode to JCU: a poem, paragraph, stream of consciousness, or a sentence that captures a moment, place, person, or time at JCU that has been transformative in a Blue Streak's college experience.
